About us
Kaidence Homes was founded in 2022 by Tyler Lee. Growing up in a family of coaches and construction workers, Tyler spent his summers on job sites and ball fields. When it came time to choose a career, construction was the clear path.
In 2010, Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. Since then, he has built a diverse career in the industry, working in multifamily residential construction, geotechnical QA/QC, and heavy civil and commercial construction. In addition to his work in construction, Tyler has been a proud member of the Mississippi Air National Guard since 2013.
In 2014, Tyler’s daughter, Kaidence, was born—an event that inspired his dream of building a local, generational business to one day pass down. That dream became a reality in 2022 with the founding of Kaidence Homes.
