While many still think that they need to work with an outside designer for their home, we have our own team of designers that also work with our builders. Because of this collaboration, we can work out problems on paper before construction begins, resulting in problems being averted quickly while they are still easy to adjust. This also provides clients with a single point of contact for their project, rather than having to try to juggle multiple contacts. And change orders are also less of a problem if they happen.
Building a home can be a stressful time in clients’ lives, and one of the best ways to keep that stress manageable is with open communication. With our extensive experience in a variety of construction projects, we understand how important planning is to a home-building project. With detailed plans and a budget in place, clients can be assured that there will be no surprises along the way. Kaidence Homes is your skilled and experienced custom home builder in Carriere, Mississippi.
Building on the southern coast of the country requires knowledge of the weather conditions to properly plan custom homes to withstand the rigors of the area. Carriere was originally known as Highland. The name was then changed to Lacey, and finally Carriere in 1903. The community was incorporated on June 17, 1904, and unincorporated at an unknown date. Carriere was once home to multiple general stores, sawmills, and two lumber companies. Put our knowledge and experience to work for you by contacting us today to discuss your dream home.
