At Kaidence Homes, we were founded in 2022 by Tyler Lee, whose passion for construction began growing up in a family of coaches and construction workers. Spending summers on job sites taught him the value of hard work, communication, and attention to detail from an early age, and we carry those same principles into every custom home project we take on.
After earning his degree in Construction Engineering and Construction Management from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2010, Tyler built experience in residential, commercial, geotechnical QA/QC, and heavy civil construction. He has also proudly served in the Mississippi Air National Guard since 2013.
Inspired by the birth of his daughter, Kaidence, Tyler founded Kaidence Homes with the vision of creating a local, family-driven design-build company focused on craftsmanship, transparency, and building homes where lasting memories are made.
